What My Finance Pal is
My Finance Pal helps workers in Qatar and the GCC learn about money. You can plan a budget, learn to save, and learn how to send money home safely.
What it is not
- We are not a bank and not a money transfer company.
- We are not paid money advisers. We do not sell loans or other money products.
- We never move, hold or touch your money.
About Echo and our numbers
- Echo is a computer program (AI). It can make mistakes.
- Our tools work out numbers from what you type. If what you type is wrong, the answer will be wrong too.
- Before you send money, take a loan or make a big choice, check the facts with your bank or transfer company.
Your account
- Your account uses your email or your Google account.
- Keep your password secret. Keep your email safe too. Anyone who can read your email can reset your password.
- Want us to delete your account and data? Email us. The address is at the bottom of this page.
Using the app fairly
- Do not try to see other people's data.
- Do not try to break the app, or send it lots of automatic requests.
- If someone misuses the app, we may close their account.
What we cannot promise
We work hard to keep the app correct and working. But we cannot promise it will always be right, or always be online.
