What we collect

When you use My Finance Pal, we collect the information you give us:

• Your name and phone number (or Google account email) when you sign up.
• The answers you give in the Profile Builder — for example your job type, salary range, goals, and preferred language.
• The budget numbers you enter in the Budget Calculator.
• Messages you send to Echo, our AI assistant, so it can answer you.

How we use it

• To personalise your budget, dashboard, and the guidance Echo gives you.
• To keep your account secure (phone verification codes).
• We do not sell your data, and we do not move money or connect to your bank.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored with Supabase (our database provider) and protected so that only your own account can read or change your rows. Echo's answers are generated using Google's Gemini API; your profile summary is shared with that service only to produce your answer.

Your choices

• You can edit your profile at any time from the profile panel or the Profile Builder.
• You can delete your account and all your data from Settings → Delete account.
